The Links House provides bespoke golf travel planning and booking services. We act as a travel advisor, arranging accommodations, tee times, transportation, and related travel services on your behalf through our network of partners and suppliers.

Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking or commitment. All inquiries are responded to personally, and no services are confirmed until both parties agree to a specific itinerary and payment terms.

Deposits and Payments

A refundable planning deposit may be required to begin composing your journey. Deposit amounts, refund policies, and final payment terms will be communicated in writing before any charges are processed. All payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the suppliers and partners involved in your itinerary. Specific terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. Planning deposits are refundable as described at the time of payment.

Travel Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, health requirements) for your journey. The Links House will advise where possible but is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to documentation issues.

Limitation of Liability

The Links House acts as an advisor and intermediary. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, golf courses, transport providers). Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to The Links House, excluding third-party costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on thelinkshouse.com — including text, design, and images — is the property of The Links House and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
